1. Agreement to the terms
Welcome to the Smart Flow Services website ("the Site"). Use of and browsing the Site is subject to your full agreement to these terms of use. If you do not agree to any of the terms, you are requested not to make any use of the Site.
2. Nature of the services and information on the Site
The Site presents general information, case studies and infrastructure regarding software development services, business automations, AI integrations, local AI servers and CRM systems built and provided by Smart Flow Services. The information presented on the Site does not constitute an irrevocable offer, legal or regulatory advice, or a commitment to a specific business result. Any project engagement is carried out under a work agreement and a dedicated technical specification.
3. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Site, including source code, graphic designs, 3D models, texts, logo, trademarks and Site content, belong exclusively to Smart Flow Services. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed or transferred to a third party without prior explicit written approval.
4. Proper use and restrictions
The user undertakes not to perform actions that may harm the integrity of the Site, its servers or its performance, including:
- Operating automated tools (bots, scrapers, scanners) without explicit permission.
- Sending spam, offensive, false or misleading inquiries through the contact form.
- Attempts to hack, bypass security, reverse engineer or run load tests without coordination.
5. Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are offered as is (AS IS). Smart Flow Services works to ensure the integrity of the information and the continuous availability of the Site, but is not responsible for disruptions, temporary outages or direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the Site.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of use shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute or conflict in connection with the Site shall be discussed exclusively in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo / Central district.
