Commitment to an accessible site
We invest significant resources to ensure the site is accessible, simple and comfortable to use for people with various disabilities: visual, hearing, motor and cognitive, in accordance with the requirements of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Israeli accessibility regulations for internet services (Israeli Standard 5568 at AA level, based on the WCAG 2.1 standard).
Accessibility adaptations on this site
- Keyboard navigation: full navigation between all interactive elements using the Tab key and Enter/Space.
- Screen-reader support: semantic HTML structure, ARIA tags, structured headings and alternative (Alt) descriptions for visual elements.
- Visual contrast and fonts: high contrast ratios, readable fonts and a design that does not rely on color alone to convey information.
- 2D landing page: the site offers a full, accessible 2D experience by default, fully adapted for screen readers and assistive technologies (an accessible alternative to the 3D scene).
- Accessible forms: form fields include clear labels, autocomplete support and detailed error messages.
Physical accessibility arrangements
Smart Flow Services is a software, automation and development company that operates digitally and remotely. There is no physical customer reception at offices; all meetings and services are provided online through accessible communication channels (video, phone, chat).
